Thank You Hyperthyroidism from any cause can increase the risk of miscarriage. The antimicrosomal antibody (or the antithyroglobulin antibody) are associated with autoimmune disorder and many of these are treated with Baby Aspirin. The notable ones are anticardiolipin antibody, Lupus anticoagulant and antiphospholipid antibody. I am not aware of a treatment regime for Hashimoto's. I have cared for many patients with Hashimoto's and have never had the need to treat them with Baby Aspirin. The thing to do is get the TSH in the normal range, if possible (which I know you know).
