Usually you'd see other symptoms if menopause were the issue. I suggest you see your primary care provider to discuss symptoms. It may be helpful to that provider if you keep a symptom diary over a couple of weeks listing the foods you ate, medications you took, bowel changes, and symptoms you experienced. Good luck in finding a solution to this problem.
