As I >mentioned.....we are anxious and excited!!!! One cannot do justice to the topic of fertility monitoring on this type of forum. I have two recommendations for you. There is a wonderful book entitled "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler that may answer many of your questions. Also, I recommend that you take a class in natural family planning, which, as you probably know, can be used to help avoid or help achieve pregnancy. Your local Catholic Church or Planned Parenthood office (call 800 230 PLAN to be connected with the nearest one) will be able to refer you to a qualified NFP instructor who can review your charts and answer questions. It sounds like you've already had a preconception physical, but if you haven't seen your gynecological health care provider in the last year, please make an appointment to do so now. You'll want to review your immunization history and prepregnancy health issues, as well as getting a complete physical. I hope you get pregnant soon (but not so soon that you spend half your honeymoon throwing up, ha ha).
