My cycle has never been 28 days....43 days is usually the norm for me. I will be getting married in November and we would love to get pregnant right away. (FYI - I have a small 3cm dermoid cyst on my left ovary but my obgyn gave me the 'ok' to go ahead with getting pregnant....since the cyst is so small she does not want to take the risk of scarring any ovarian tissue). I have been monitoring my temperature with a basal digital thermometer for the last two months.....I am still trying to figure out when I am ovulating! Can you send me a list of how I can tell when I am ovulating? Will my temperature increase at that time? What is discharge like just before ovulation and at ovulation? With a 43 day cycle when would be the best time of conception?? Please respond.....we are trying to be very proactive in planning this pregnancy and would like to give it our best shot as soon as we get married!!!! :) Can you recommend any books or websites to help up get a better understanding of the best time for conception? Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing your response!!! As I mentioned.....we are anxious and excited!!!!
