You may want to search journal articles (I think that the CDC website has free Medline access, or ask your reference librarian for help) for information on restless leg syndrome, find the point where the article says "It may affect the arms," and follow the footnote for that statement back to the source. I'd also suggest that you ask your neurologist where you could find further information. If you're looking for information on the cause and treatment, and those answers are the same for arms and legs, perhaps the leg information will suffice? Unfortunately, this site does not deal with neurological problems, but I do wish you luck in searching.
