Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: TAH & bladder repair" Had TAH with bladder repair 7 1/2 weeks ago. 4 weeks after surgery I started to feel like a urinary infection was coming on, I started to have this sharp pain when I would first start to urinate, then it quits. It lasts for a second or two. Also it feels like theres something up inside of me sideways and its poking me. What I would like to know is this normal? It's very uncomfortable. They tell me this is normal but can't find anyone else who has had these same pains.
