Yeast Infections and Trying to Get Pregnant

I am currently trying to get pregnant, but I get yeast infections fairly often (mostly external and they get cleared up with external anti-fungal cream applications). If I have a yeast infection while I am ovulating (and have sex), can the overgrowth of yeast adversely affect the sperm, the egg, or the fertilization process? Thanks, Kathy
