I already know what a retroverted uterus is, and I already have heard the "left-handed" analogy. However, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year, to no avail. We have been having intercourse in the missionary position, with a pillow under my hips, on or around ovulation. Now here is my question, is there any other positions that my be more conducive to achieving conception when your uterus is retroverted and retroflexed?
