Dear Cheyla,

Pain with intercourse, and pain "like the insides of [your]abdomen were being ripped apart" are both symptoms that deserve an examination, including a urine analysis. The bleeding may or may not be related to your symptoms, but the pain begs for an appointment, hopefully within the week.
