It's not clear why you even got the progesterone level.

Most people would have little to no physical effect (depending upon age group) except that with constant estrogen and insufficient progesterone, there is an increased risk of hyperplasia of the endometrium (overgrowth of the lining of the uterus). If left unchecked, this can progress to precancers and cancers. Hormonally, periods can be delayed.

The increased facial hair reminds me of PCO with lack of ovulation and therefore, lower progesterone levels. This can also cause acne. More on PCO in the archives.

Acne or hidradenitis superativa, "boils" classically found in the inguinal area (where you described above) and the axilla (armpit).
