Most people would have little to no physical effect (depending upon age group) except that with constant estrogen and insufficient progesterone, there is an increased risk of hyperplasia of the endometrium (overgrowth of the lining of the uterus). If left unchecked, this can progress to precancers and cancers. Hormonally, periods can be delayed.
