It ususually turns out to be a slightly enlarged cervix, which is common after vaginal deliveries. However, other possibilities include Nabothian cysts (benign and extremely common mucous cysts of the cervix), an assymetrical cervix from scarring secondary to childbirth, or cervical cancer. A thorough pelvic exam and a pap smear (and colposcopy if necessary) should solve the problem. Best wishes,
