If one ovary is still in, it is unusual to need estrogen cream for dryness.

The migraines and breast tenderness off estrogen cream are the exact opposite of what I would expect (or rather what some women GET when they go ON estrogen). There is an oral form of medication for BV - Flagyl ER one pill a day for seven days. Then you can continue your vaginal estrogen.
