With a horizontal incision, I don't think that's what he's referring to. the pulling sensations unddr the right breast are much higher than the area of surgery so it is not clear why these sensations are occuring. Adhesions in that area are uncommon. Could there be anything going on with the gall bladder?

Possible but they're in the wrong area.
