Though unopposed estrogen is not associated with ovarian cancer, it is a factor in endomtrial cancer. If you have a uterus, then you have at least a small risk. However, vaginal estrogen is not absorbed reliably, and in general, the circulating blood levels are very, very low. This is why vaginal estrogen is not effective for prevention of osteoporosis. As a result, your risk in this case is extremely low, but not zero. Talk with your doctor since you are concerned.
