I am in the same situation as you. I found out about my dysplasia after starting a new relationship and am afraid of ruining things by telling him. I know I probably should tell him, but I'm also not sure where that will get either of us since this type of HPV has no effect on men and they really can't be diagnosed anyway. I don't have any profound insights into this problem, but I thought I would let you know that you are not alone. I would love for you or anyone else to reply with their thoughts on this because I worry constantly about it....
