I have nipples on both sides but my right side is (was) flat as a pancake. I had three healthy beautiful babies also. My doctor wasn't hot on nursing back in the late 50's so he never encouraged me to nurse. My one developed breast did have lots of milk and he said the flat one would also but I never noticed it there. Go have the babies you want and don't worry.
