For doctors - Group B

I am pregnant with my second child. My first I began premature labor at 28 weeks -- I was on Brethine and SloMag, spent 7 days in the hospital on SloMag at 32 weeks, I had my daughter at 36 weeks. I was diagnosed with Group B at 28 weeks. I also have moderately severe endometreosis, which I've had since I was 16, am now 31. My question is could I get Group B again? I'm concerned financially -- should we prepare for a possible premature labor again and bed rest? We need my pay check! I'm 13.3 weeks along. I don't know if it was the endo or Group B that caused the pre-term labor. My doctor is optimistic, but I'm pretty timid in the office! Any help would be great -- thanks!
