Need a Doctor's response, please." I am having many problems over the last year and a half. Doc says it's menopaus, but now I'm not sure. Last few weeks having nausea, extreme fatigue, bleeding between period, and intestinal problems (diarrhea/constipation). Also feeling very depressed and anxious. Have just been to gyn and I have a fibroid which I never had before. He sent me for ultra sound and it showed small fibroid at top of my uterus. He said it was no cause for concern. Given all my symptoms, should I get a second opinion? I'm afraid it may be cancer. Can an ultra sound determine a benign fibroid from cancer?
