I'll take a stab at this one...I'm puzzled by your lack of withdrawal bleeding, and I would ask the doctor what are the possible explanations for no withdrawal bleeding. I would ask if any blood tests are required or if any have been done. Also, if you continue to be unhappy with the care you get, I would ask for a referral, perhaps to a reproductive endocinologist, perhaps to a different gynecologist. It sounds like you and this doctor are not communicating effectively, and the change may do you good. By the way, you might consider asking to try Prometrium instaed of Provera if progesterone treatment is suggested again; some women find the side effects more tolerable with Prometrium. It's possible that the miscarriage/D&C and subsequent problems are related, but impossible for me to determine that in retrospect. Best of luck.
