This is almost certainly the iliac artery, which lies underneath the ovary. On vaginal ultrasound you can often see it pulsating next to the ovary. It's a perfectly normal finding (in fact, if you didn't have these, you would have no female organs or legs). However, if you are still concerned, the easiest solution is to obtain a copy of your ultrasound report. If it does not mention any blood vessels (and I sincerely doubt it will) then it's likely nothing at all is wrong.
