A Dr.'s Odd Response during an Ultrasound?????

This may be an odd question but I am overly concerned. Last month I had an vag. ultrasound done to see if my cysts on my ovaries got bigger. Well the good news was that one disappeared and the other one still same. What is really worrying me is the dr. who was doing the ultrasound, said oh cool look at this it is a blood vessel throbbing. I asked what is she talking about and she said this blood vessel is pulsating and it is connected to your heart. And I said well she then said I thought this was kinda neat to see on the ultrasound. This really is worrying me, is it going to burst and and day I will die. The last few days I have been having like a bubbling sensation, sort of the feeling you get when you are pregnant and the baby starts to move. Is this the blood vessel doing this or is it gas. Please someone ease my mind if you can. Thank you!
