Please tell me it isn't permenant :) These are both common side effects during the first three cycles, and will likely disappear over time (maybe tomorrow, maybe next month, maybe November). To cut down on the nausea, you might take the pill with a meal, or take it at night. To help relieve the breast pain, consider taking your usual over-the-counter pain reliever, and possibly wearing a bra at night if that increases your comfort level. I urge you to try to get through the "breaking-in" period without giving up; however, if you find these side effects intolerable over the next week or two, consider calling your health care provider to discuss changing pills.
