It's rare for the breasts to be perfectly symmetrical. It's not too common for them to be a cup size apart, but I've known women with such breasts who certainly carried healthy pregnancies. I can't think of any way that it might be associated with increased pregnancy risk.

I did have one patient with such breasts who had breast pain that was relieved after seeing a professional bra fitter. The fitter used a pad in the cup holding the smaller breast. The client was very happy with the appearance, and her pain disappeared within weeks when her bras fit properly.

Don't forget to set up an appointment with your gynecological health care provider soon to discuss preconception issues, review your immunization history and your immunity to rubella and chicken pox, and discuss how you can maximize your chances for a healthy pregnancy. Best of luck!
