Hi Gem! I'm not a doctor, and don't have an answer for you, but I have
had a similar experience and wondered about those same questions. I
actually posted something that asked about the time between ovulation
and temperature rise, but no one answered it. I think it's because they
don't know the answer. Anyway, I also thought I ovulated the same day
the test said I surged, but who knows....
