The degree of difficulty staying pregnant (getting pregnant is not usually an issue with this problem) depends on the exact shape of the uterus; some folks have no trouble at all. In the worst cases, surgery can help reduce the magnitude of the problem. She should discuss with her gyn the exact prognosis and her options for treatment. Try searching under bicornuate uterus or septate uterus for more information.
