Previous message: Joanne: "Endometriosis: Will I be able to conceive" I seem to be having a problem posting. I am 36, conceived for the first time in January and miscarried in March at 11 weeks. The m/c was followed up by a d&c. Since then my period has not returned, though I was always regular previously. My gyn had me try provera, then estrogen/provera, then provera again over a three month period but no withdrawal bleeding. Instead, I have constant yeast infections, severe abdominal cramping when I take the provera and vaginal dryness which has become more annoying over the past five months. The dryness has become such a problem that I have lost interest in sex. Lubrication has never been a problem for me in the past. All attempts to find a solution through my doctor have been in vain. She looks at me, shrugs and suggests lubricant. Can the dryness, infections, and lack of period be connected to my miscarriage and d&c? What questions should I be asking my doctor?
