Thanx....Jill I for one would want to thoroughly evaluate your cervix (Pap smear, maybe a colposcopy) to make sure there are no abnormal cervical cells contributing to this bleeding. This is especially important given your history. Also, i would do an ultrasound to look for fibrois, adenomyosis or polyps, all of which could lead to such a bleeding pattern. I'd check blood clotting studies and thyroid function too.
