Patti,

Thank you for your reply. I am wondering if it could possibly be a severe yeast infection that spread? I did have a vaginal yeast infection about 3 weeks ago but it cleared up immediately with treatment. What kind of doctor should I see for treatment of a pilonidal cyst? I don't have a specific primary care physician other than my OB/GYN. Thank you so much for your assistance!
