I'm so sorry for your trouble. Dating a pregnancy can be tricky business. It's not impossible that you could be pregnant and still have some bleeding. My advice is to discuss the matter at length with your OBGYN and the doctor who did the ultrasound. Based on the data they have, they may be able to give you some clearer ideas about timing. Also, some women get confused about how pregnancies are dated. For instance, if the first doctor said you conceived four weeks ago, and the second doctor said you were six weeks along in your pregnancy, they would be in complete agreement since "how far along you are" is usually defined as "how long since conception" plus two weeks. If this system is causing your confusion, then you might get some very reassuring news from your OBGYN. I hope things get easier for you soon.
