I'm very concerned! I had my period this month, was a week late, witch by itself is very unusual (my tubes are tied & I'm almost 42 yrs old) It was a farily normal one other than being late .... then it re-started 4 days later. Today is day 6 of this one, the bleeding is still fairly heavy, bright red & dark red too. And the cramps have been steady for last 5 days. With a "normal" period I usually have cramping ONLY on 1st day!! And it never lasts more than 5 days, MAX! Should I be concerned or worried? Could this be pre-menopause?? PLEASE can someone answer me??
