Reply: Patti Tessler, FNP: "Re: Am I pregnant?" I appreciate your time on this. I am about 8 days past ovulation and I have had steady abdominal cramping for the past several days. This type of dull pain is new to me. I thought it might be gastrointestinal, but it just lingers on and on. Isn't it too soon for any signs of pregnancy to appear? It hurts when I press again my lower abdomen and when I jump up or sit down hard, I can feel the dull pain in my abdomen. Should I be concerned?
