I had a very similar problem that i traced to using deoderant tampons---- I
found the string -which had the same deoderant on it--irritated the labia
and i would get a cyst the week after my period--- I switched to
non-deodarent tampons, and the problem has not recurred in several years!
don't know if this will help you, but it is a thought
