I suffered 2 miscarriages when I was younger, but I now have 2 wonderful children ages 3 and 8. I had a total hysteroctomy in Dec. of 1997. I also had a bladder repair and adhesions removed from my colon in Jan. of this year. I suffer from depression and irratible bowel syndrome. My doctor is finally sending me to a chronic pelvic pain specialist in 2 weeks. Has anyone seen a doctor like this, and did he or she offer any help? I feel as if my life has come to a stop because of the pain. I have missed out on so much. I just need to know if there is any hope for me.
