i recently found out i was pregnant, by a home pregnancy test. I then went to the ob/gyn, they confirmed that i was indeed pregnant. My last period was June 20th, and the doctor said that the conception date was july 4th (which makes perfect sense) however when i had the ultrasound done that same day, by a different doctor, the man told me i was farther along then i would be if my conception date was on the 4th of july. my concern is that i am pregnant not by the person that i am with but with the man that raped me. On the 18th of june, a man that i knew forced me to have sex with him. I was relieved when I got my period two days later (On the 20th of june) but i am concerned because of what the doctor that did the ultrasound told me. I guess what it all comes down to is if i could have gotten pregnant on the 18th and still have gotten my period? If you could respond with an answer or some references as to where i can find some answers it would be very much appreciated. I would like to find the answer to my question as soon as possible so that abortion will not be too late to consider if i am in fact pregnant with my rapist's baby. Thank you so much.
