Brown Discharge & hematoma

Hi- I've read every other query about vaginal discharge her and elsewhere and can't find anything similar to my situation. So here goes.

My background: I have been told I have HPV (and been tested for everything else). I had an abnormal PAP and the cryo surgery to remove abnormal cells. I am on BCP. I visit my gyno every 6 months -- no abnormal PAPs (I visit again next month).

A few months after the cryo I resumed sexual activity and would bleed after almost every instance (so once a month was a lot). The second doctor I visited told I have a hematoma on my cervix.

Around the same time, I noticed I would have dark rusty brown to caramel brown discharge which started two weeks after my period and would end the day before my period. No smell. This has been happening now for a year. I took an antibiotic (all of it) and used a vaginal cream. The condition did not clear up. Lately, I have noticed "strands" as part of the discharge. I rarely have sex when I have the discharge.

Question 1: How serious is a hematoma on the cervix? Can it be removed, etc. How serious is it for partner if

Question 2: What could the discharge be? I don't think it's just related to sexual activity since I have curtailed so much of it, plus it happens like clockwork. Is this a problem for my partner?

Thanks in advance for your advice. As you can surmise this issue concerns me.
