>Dear Penny,

I have Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, I know long name. But in lue of your symtoms,I also have the same. I am currently on Dexamethasone so I know the problems. My doctor put me on Spiralactone for the swelling and bloating, when the swelling goes down it seems to take some of the pain away from the joints.I also started myself on vitamins ie(multi, iorn, calcium and E)these when taken faithfully seem to help the fatique. A low fat diet also seems to help. I hope this is usefull. Sincerly, Holly Jenkins
