I started spotting and went to my dr. my HCG was only around 300 and only a small amout of tissue was seen on ultrasound. I then started bleeding and had some cramps much like a regular period. I stopped bleeding after about 6 days and felt fine, had intercourse with my husband still felt fine. 3 days later we had intercourse again, but I had some spotting afterwards and now the next day I am having ALOT of menstrual like cramping. I called my dr. and they said unless I start bleeding heavily not to worry. These are unusual symptoms for me and I have never miscarried before... Is this to be expected? Could it be ovulatory cramping (I am now on day 12 of this cycle) I took a HPT last night and it was negative.
