That would depend on the surgeon. Most surgeons would be hesitant to undertake a myomectomy laparoscopically for a fibroid as big as yours. There are some "cowboys" that might give it a try. Note, I do not mean that term perjoratively, but just as there are those who push the limits of any human endeavour and beyond, so too are there surgeons that go to great lengths to push the boundries of what is surgically possible.
