I had a D&E done in September of 1998, after a missed abortion, and I have not been able to get pregnant since. I have regular periods, and feel fine since the D&E. My question is, does the D&E damage the lining of the uterus, preventing implantation if one conceives? (is this a possibility?) Please explain this procedure, and the risks of having it. Thanks!
