Hi Susan, sorry about your miscarriage, I also had a missed abortion 12/98 and had a D & E done.(I had no side effects at all). I have not been able to get pregnant since, I don't know if it has anything to do with the D & E. I have one child that is three and it took 8 months to conceive him. Good luck to you and hope you get pregnant soon....
