Missed Pill

Here is the scenario. I finished my period on Sunday and started a new pack of pills that day.(I have been on the pill for two months) I had intercourse on Sunday night. For extra protection, we also used the withdrawal method. I forgot to take my pill on Monday and had to double up on Tuesday. According to my pill instructions, it says that missing the first 7 pills could risk pregnancy. Would there be any chance that I could have ovulated during that time? If I did, I am worried that any sperm that would have entered the vagina could have fertilized an egg, if there was one. Should I be very concerned about pregnancy, or just use extra protection for the rest of the month to prevent any future pregnancies.

Thanks in advance
