It's possible that you have a spot on your cervix or vagina that's prone to bleeding, or that you have an infection of the cervix. What's needed is a complete exam including speculum exam to take a look at the vagina and cervix. In addition, you should get a Pap smear, if you haven't had one in the last year, and cultures for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I hope your problem is resolved soon!
