Dear Eilis,

I did a search of the archives and last 4-98 one of our physicians sent in this message

600mg boric acid in a #1gel.cap. can be easily made-up by most pharmacies--easier and cheaper than supp.Inserted deep into vagina on alternate nites in week prior to period.Act to alter vag.pH;make it more hostile for yeast to grow and survive.

Rememberladies when in doubt go back one page to the Entrance to the forum , at the bottom of that page is the search the archives. LOTS of information in there.
