Leah don't worry about your tummy. I had my abdominal hyst on September 15 and I thought I would never see my feet again, but guess what with some time and a BIT of exercise it looks really good. No, it is not as flat as before surgery but I am ok with the way it is. Actually mine was noticeably down only a few months ago. Just be patient, it takes time, you had major surgery. I was not able to do any abs comfortably until about 2 months ago. I didnt push it - it jsut wasnt worth it. Take Care your tummy will not stay that big forever Camille
