They go anywhere from 30 days to 5 months apart. I charted my bbt's for one cycle and they showed no ovulation. This time the temps went up about .7 (98.4=)degrees above my baseline which is 97.7 for a week and a half and then dropped back down to preovulation temps. Then a week later, went back up. What could have caused this. I have to admit that my bbt charting methods are not always careful but this was a noticeable shift. Can anyone give me some insight? Thanks!
