McIntosh, MD: "Re: Question to doctors about hernias." I was wondering if this is any casue for concern...I am supposed to start a new pack of Ortho-Novum 1/35 this morning. The usualy time I take the pill each morning is 7:45. However, I left the new pack at home and will not be able to take the first pill until 5:30 this evening. Will this have any effect of the pill's effectivness or my daily schedule (i.e. am I still protected and can I go ahead and resume my schedule of taking them daily at 7:45am or do I now have to take them at 5:30pm)?
