Dear Manny:
I had a total abdominal hysterectomy due to fibroids seven months ago. I
do not believe my vagina has been shortened much if any but orgasms are
not anywhere near as intense or satisfying as they used to be for me so
far. This is only my experience though. There may be other women
who've had total abdominal hysterectomies that haven't experienced this.
