Hi Debbie: I found your post extremely interesting. Please tell me about psoas syndrome. I have had pelvic pain for 2 years which started suddenly, have had 2 laparocopies with lysis of adhesions with relief of pain for 3-4 months each time. When I took a step aerobics class I started to have severe nighttime attacks of pain in the lower right quadrant.(in addition to the pain present in the lower right quadrant all the time) These attacks have stopped since I stopped the course. I'm convinced its either nerve entrapment, hernia, or myofascial pain syndrome. I had a negative MRI of the lumbar sacral spine recently. Please tell me the symptoms of psoas syndrome and how it was diagnosed. I have an appt at the pain clinic in 2 weeks because my doctor is baffled. You may e-mail me directly if you wish. Thanks. Chris S.
