Birthcontrol Pills

I can't seem to find an answer for this anywhere. The pill pack inserts always tell you what to do if you miss a day, but they never tell you what to do if you accidentally take one or in my case two during the week you're supposed to have your period. In other words, I took my first to Alesse pills on the Tuesday of the week I take the placebo. When I realized what I did, I stopped. Should I but a new pack and start over on the following Sunday (today) or should I just wait another month for my period and start over then? What should I do?? I assume I should be using other methods of birth control. What kind of hormonal effects will there be, by taking the wrong amount at the wrong time? Thank you for you help Sincerely, Mickey
