So when you say between 6 and 9 o'clock, you mean from the doctor's point of view, when the woman's lying down. From the mom's point of view, it would be between 3 and 6 o'clock. (And of course if you deliver on hands and knees, the whole thing flips over and ROP is between 12 and 3!)
